Meet Our Heroes

My family prides itself in creating an organization in which responsibility and rewards are shared across the company. We started small and we understand the hard work it takes to do every job at the company. We strive to do the little things well and do so consistently. My favorite part of growing my Dad's business is being the hero for our communities. I love to spend time with my large family, including four grown children, four grandkids and two great-grandkids. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, learning about history, biking, yoga, chess, meditation, playing piano and eating healthy food (sometimes). Thanks for getting to know us and we look forward to serving you!

Jenell loves her Pittsburgh Pirates, steak dinners and her spoiled rotten son! She enjoys the changing of seasons in Pittsburgh and helping her family business accommodate Pittsburghers as their needs change with the seasons. She’s a bright light at the business – who once even dressed as a lamp for Halloween!

Brad is a third generation Sullivan plumber who grew up working his dad and grandpa learning the trade and the Sullivan way of providing super service. I've been working for my family's company my entire life and have worked every job within the company. He is a certified plumbing, heating and cooling technician. In his spare time he loves watching Pittsburgh sports and spending time with his son.

Tom loves doing physical work and being part of his Great-Grandfather's legacy. As a night owl who comes from a loud, fun and large family, Thomas understands the value of hard work. When not working you can find him hanging out in the city with friends and cheering on the Steelers, Pirates and Penguins!

Madi is a fourth-generation employee of our company from the Sullivan family. She helps part-time while attending high school and loves learning new skills to help her prepare for her future. While she loves being part of the company, she's passionate about studying to be a pediatrician. Madi loves playing softball, spending time with friends, and her favorite cuisine is Japanese.

Maria is a hard worker who appreciates learning from others and improving her skills. She loves that every position at our company contributes to its success. When she's not working with the team, she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, two cats, and puppy. Maria's greatest inspiration is her mother and she dreams of one day visiting New Zealand or Tuscany, Italy.

Chris' favorite part of working in this industry is getting to meet new people every day. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, son and their two cats, Luke Pury and Kitten Tarintino. In his free time, he loves going fishing and camping.

Greg is from the Lower Burrell area, but have also lived in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Florida and Louisiana. He is a veteran of the construction area for more than 30 years. Greg loves hunting, golfing, traveling and spending time with his family.

Originally from Southern California, Patrick relocated to Pennsylvania with his wife and three energetic boys. Outdoor activities such as hiking, camping and bike riding are among his many interests. He loves solving problems for people that provide real value and believes his work has helped him build grit and determination.

When Ryan was young he wanted to be a brain surgeon, but his work in the HVAC industry has taught him that sometimes the simplest answer is the correct one. He loves learning valuable skills and helping customers. In his free time, Ryan enjoys playing guitar, golfing, playing with his children and spending time with his wife.

Chuck was born in Pittsburgh and loves the food and culture. He is most proud of being a father and loves to spend time with his fiance and children. He also loves to ride his motorcycle and go hiking and camping. Chuck wanted to be an astronaut when he was young, but his career in HVAC has taught him patience and empathy. His greatest inspiration is his grandfather.

Don is the proud father of two children who are his greatest inspiration. He works hard to show them honesty and integrity are the keys to success. Don loves meeting new people and being the superhero who solves their problems!

Tyler's favorite part of working at our company is working with his hands and learning to maintain all types of systems, whether it's plumbing, HVAC, or hydronic. Through his work, he's reminded to be patient and to plan ahead. When he's not working, Tyler enjoys skiing, mountain biking, leatherwork, and spending time with his family.

A registered Master Plumber, who was the first in Allegheny County to pass National Testing for heating, air conditioning and heat pump certification – Bob could work anywhere, but loves working at Sullivan because of the owners’ integrity and their ability to make the workplace an enjoyable place to be! 22 years on the job and he’s studied with some of the region’s most talented in the industry.

Maureen’s our morning person, who cheerfully answers your calls and listens to your problems. She loves working with our wonderful team and believes her work has taught her professionalism, patience and kindness. Maureen enjoys spending time with her daughter and reading.

John is a hard worker who will listen intently to understand the needs of your specific home. He values working hard and making time to learn every day. He holds a degree in Business Management and is married with two children and two dogs. John enjoys trading on the stock market and biking when not working.

Shawn's favorite part is of the job is working with such good people which probably comes from growing up in a family with six brothers! While he's usually digging and working in the ground installing sewers, he loves to look up to the sky and hopes to one day go see the Northern Lights.

Jordan knows hard work pays off, and he focuses on that goal each time he sets out to find the clog in a home’s sewer line. Jordan takes great pride in finding relief for homeowners who deal with the stress and mess of a clogged sewer. When not working, Jordan enjoys spending time outdoors with his fiance and two boys.

Glenn is your go-to guy for all your new furnace and air conditioning units. He understands how to make your home comfortable and safe. There is never a dull moment in Glenn's house. He and his wife, Lori, are incredibly proud of their two daughters, four sons and six grandkids. In his off time, Glenn loves to go to dinner with his wife, play golf, play bocce and watch the Pittsburgh Pirates!

Marc grew up in Greensburg, but he loves working in Pittsburgh and getting to explore the unique neighborhoods that he thinks all have their own "personality." Marc loves the Pittsburgh Steelers and dreams of one day taking a trip to Europe!

As a Dig Crew Leader, Matt is most happy when jobs goes as planned! He likes to make the process as smooth as possible for our customers. Matt loves to spend time with his large family. You can also find Matt lifting weights, hanging out with friends and his cat, Nugget, and pup, Hank.

Tim enjoys working as an installer because he gets joy from working with his hands. His work has taught him to be compassionate, caring, persistent, and to remain accountable. When he's not helping our customers, he enjoys spending time with his family, friends, fiance and vacationing to Europe. He loves being outdoors to fish, hunt, and ride his motorcycle.

DJ works hard for his fiance and son, Ryder, who serve as his inspiration. He loves getting to know his customers and helping them achieve comfort in their homes. When DJ's not working, he loves spending time with his family, watching Supernatural, football and MMA.

Tyler takes great pride in providing service to our customers and his community. His generous and helpful personality comes from his family and his experiences serving in the United States Air Force. When not saving the day, he enjoys traveling, fixing anything that's broken, working out, and staying busy.

Ryan is from the Greensburg area and has been working in the plumbing & HVAC industry for two years. He enjoys working with his hands, taking pride in his work & helping his customers to the best of my ability. He loves spending time with my family, playing golf, watching sports and going to the gym.

Mark’s favorite part of working as an apprentice is diagnosing the problem for the customer so he can quickly come up with a resolution. Originally born in Slippery Rock, has has always enjoyed the morning and doing Brazilian Jui Jitsu, as well as being outdoors. Mark loves spending time with my girlfriend and her daughter.

Kevin is always ready for the day, starting with his favorite meal, eggs for breakfast! He loves to make our customers laugh so he can make sure they have a happy experience.

The favorite part of the job for John is learning new ways to help his customers. He grew up in a large family, so he understands the importance of a great working bathroom!

Kristofer's loves spending time with his children, his girlfriend and his family, who are also his greatest inspirations. He enjoys helping our customers by using his problem solving skills to make sure their home is comfortable and safe.

Sarah loves solving problems for our customers and her position has helped her learn time management. She loves to spend time with her fiance, friends and family. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and TV and making crafts.

Originally from Erie, Lloyd is a big fan of the Buffalo Bills, but he loves living in Pittsburgh and enjoying all the restaurants. His favorite part of the job is the "digs" on sewer installations and repairs. Lloyd describes his family as loud and fun!

Jacob's greatest inspiration is his father and he is most proud of his service in the Marine Corps. He loves spending time with his family and two dogs. He enjoys working with his hands, using critical thinking to resolve customer issues and working directly with customers. When's he's not working, he loves to relax by watching movies and staying active by lifting weights and working out.

Omar loves to make customers happy! He works hard to provide super service and says the best part of his day is the feeling he gets when he leaves a home knowing that the customer is happy and pleased. When he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his fiance, friends, and family, as well as, boxing, and playing Ju-Jitsu video games.

Rob says working as an installer has taught him that life can be messy. He carries that with him as he navigates any issues and perseveres to help create a comfortable, safe environment with a new system. Rob is married with four sons and enjoys spending time with them outdoors.

When not at work, you'll find Jack working on his truck, playing with his pet cat or enjoying the view of our city skyline. His favorite part of the job is working with customers one on one to solve their problems!

Marianne routes heroes to your home and she loves getting to know our customers and learning their stories. She believes that there's so much to see in our world, so she loves traveling with her boyfriend to see new places and attend concerts. She hopes to one day go on an African Safari!

Beth spent 22 years of service in law enforcement, so she's used to working with heroes! Her greatest inspiration is her Aunt Jane, who worked tirelessly for everything she had and was always willing to help someone in need. Beth has been married for sixteen years and enjoys camping, riding motorcycles, and spending time with her pets.

Dean's greatest inspiration is his wife because she’s a hard worker who always has time for someone in need. In his free time, he loves spending time with his wife, his friends, playing golf, bowling or playing XBox. He really enjoys getting to know the hard workers he works alongside, who no matter the size or complexity of the situation, find a way to do the job.

Born in Shadyside, Trevor prefers life in the city, but his favorite sports team hails from NY - the Giants! Trevor enjoys making sure the right part gets to your home!

Zach says his favorite part of working for our company is his coworkers and that work has taught him more life lessons than he can count. Zach is proud of his time spent in the navy and his daughter, Bryleigh. In his free time, Zach enjoys golfing.

Mark comes from a large family and enjoys being around friends, family two cats and his dog. He loves cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins, singing Sweet Caroline and dreams of one day visiting Croatia!

While Dante currently works as an installer, he is determined to become a Master Plumber. He loves that every day is an opportunity to learn something and build new skills. When he's not working towards achieving his dreams, he likes to spend time with family and friends, enjoy the excellent food in Pittsburgh and watch hockey.

Ross loves fast cars and helps a run a group called Burgh Built, which celebrates and joins together those interested building custom cars. He also enjoys making videos with tips for us to share online!

Dan believes work should be gratifying and he loves to help families have comfortable, safe homes with a new furnace or AC. He knows it's stressful when your system isn’t working, so he strives to be calm, helpful, and work quickly to make everything right again. When not working, you can find Dan spending time with his girlfriend, and their cats, Zoey and Boone.

Keeshon is a dedicated installer who finds inspiration in his daughter, whose personality can light up any room. He's committed to self-improvement and strives to be better every day. Keeshon loves working for our team because of the genuine atmosphere rooted in our family-owned company. When he's not working, Keeshon enjoys going to the gym, playing sports, staying active, and spending time with family. His passion for leading a healthy lifestyle and spending time with loved ones is evident in everything he does.

Kacey is a young and enthusiastic apprentice who's just starting out in the industry. He loves working in this industry because it allows him to solve puzzles and think on his feet when diagnosing issues. Kacey is a firm believer in staying focused and not losing sight of your goals, a mantra that guides him both in his personal and professional life. With his eagerness and determination, Kacey is sure to excel in his career as he continues to learn and grow.

Dan is responsible for supplying parts to technicians and he takes pride knowing that your home will be the perfect temperature with his help. Dan loves spending time with his wife and large family. He is inspired by his Dad, who has always been supportive and instilled in him to be honest, hard working and caring.

You'll hear Jamie's cheery voice on the phone. As a mother and grandmother, Jamie cherishes the time she spends with her family. When not working, she loves to go camping, laugh and spend time friends. Plus, she's a huge football fan who loves to cheer on the Pittsburgh Steelers!

Mohamed is a software specialist who enjoys helping his colleagues optimize software and streamline workflows. He believes that with grit and a growth mindset, he can tackle any challenge. In his free time, he plays soccer and explores the city's boutiques and art galleries with his wife, particularly in Lawrenceville and the Strip District.

Ben says his favorite part of the job is meeting and developing relationships with new people. He even claims he's married to his job! In his spare time, he loves to play music on his guitar, play video games with friends and play with his four cats and two dogs.

Jason takes great pride in working hard and solving problems at the homes he visits. His strong work ethic comes from his greatest inspiration, his father. He likes to get his customers back to enjoying their life to the fullest, just like his large, Italian family. When not working, Jason is eating well and making memories with his wife, their daughter, two dogs, and all of his family.
